What we collect

When you visit this site we record how the page is used: page views, form interactions, time on page, the campaign code and variant from the link or QR code you used, your browser type, coarse location (country/region), and a hashed — never raw — version of your IP address. If you submit the reservation form, we store the name, email, ZIP code, and block preferences you provide.

Payment details

Card details are entered in a secure field hosted by Stripe, our payment processor, and go directly to Stripe. Your card number and security code never touch our servers and are never stored by us. We keep only what Stripe returns: the card brand, the last four digits, and whether the card validated. No charge is made — reserving a spot runs a $0 verification only.

Why we collect it

To measure interest in Sanctum ahead of opening — which messages resonate, which neighborhoods respond, and how many people genuinely want a spot — and to contact you about opening if you asked us to.

Deletion & contact

To have your information deleted, or for any privacy question, email privacy@sanctum.nycand we'll remove your records promptly. We don't sell or share your information with anyone.
